Rib & Hot Link Platter


Choice of ribs
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Cayenne pepper
Crushed red pepper
Salt and Pepper

Choice of sides
Petite yellow corn on the cob
A mixture of green vegetables
Chili beans
Mac and cheese
Corn bread

Mix all dry seasonings and rub generously on the ribs. Grill or you can cook them on low-heat in your oven until done. If cooking hot links, you can also cook them along with the ribs. Once meat is completely cooked, remove from heat and allow to sit so both flavor and juices can settle.

Now cut or chop the meats into bite size pieces or not its totally up to you.
