Recipe of the Week: Fruit Bowl
Fruit Bowl
Hey all, its almost summer again! To me, nothing is more satisfying than a good bowl of vibrant and colorful fruit. It’s healthy, affordable, quick and just downright delicious.
Ingredients
Mango or Papaya
Strawberries
Blueberries
Grapes
Kiwis
Fresh Pineapple
Cantaloupe
Note: any fresh fruit of your choice will work
Directions
Wash your fruit, then slice fruit into bite sized pieces.
Assemble the bigger pieces of fruit on the bottom then layer your strawberries, grapes and blueberries on top and then circle your kiwifruit around the fruit. And wallah, you have just made yourself goodness in a bowl!
Now to add some pop to your bowl, add any of your favorite spicy salt and/or a drizzle of lemon or lime juice. There is really nothing you can do to mess this dish up!
