Crock Pot Ribs
Crock-Pot Ribs
There are many ways to cook ribs, trust me I have tried them all. However, I must admit that I have never tried Ribs in the Crock Pot.. and guess what? I really like them! And I am sure you will too. So let’s get to cooking.
Ingredients
Crock-pot
One slab of seasoned ribs (use whatever amount you like)
2 – 3 cloves of garlic
Sauce:
Barbecue sauce of choice (I used Kraft Mesquite) 1/2 cup of rootbeer soda (gives it a rich color)
1 tsp. Cayenne pepper (optional)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp of yellow mustard
1 – 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce and a dash of hot sauce
Directions
Mix everything together and brush on your ribs. (save some of your sauce for later)
Add 1/3 cup of oil to the bottom of your crockpot and place your meat in and cook on low for at least 8 hours (more or less depending on the amount of meat you are using).
Once your meat has cooked to your liking be sure to turn your crockpot off. Enjoy these fall off the bone finger licking ribs with your favorite sides.
Let me know how yours came out!
Enjoy!
