Washington of Kool Line Express along with all the volunteers for their diligent work. Thank
you to the participating Heritage Awards Festival local and guest vendors on a successful
community event. I want to commend the entire Bakersfield community for coming out
together in Unity to Support the Village and one another in a powerful way in celebration of
our “Cultural Bridges for the future.”
