Kendon Slovis had a record day throwing five touchdowns in the first half, three to Amon-Ra St Brown in leading USC to a 38-13 win over Washington State (1-2) at the Coliseum.
The win helped USC (4-0) bounce back after numerous cancellation’s and postponements. Slovis was
“We don’t like being away from football this long, but I think the days away helped up get our legs under us.” said St. Brown. ‘We had some lineman out but we had a lot of time to get our throws in.”
Tyler Vaughns caught the fifth TD pass.
The Trojan play UCLA at the Rose Bowl this weekend.
