LAFC Media Day Culinary a Hit

The LAFC kicked off its eighth season of Major League Soccer. A few days before, the local press stuffed their mugs with likes of Thai Fried Chicken Sandwich, Carne Asada, and Nachos Tacos.

The LAFC kicked off its eighth season of Major League Soccer. A few days before, the local press stuffed their mugs with likes of Thai Fried Chicken Sandwich, Carne Asada, and Nachos Tacos.

Also available was  chicken-based Korean Seoul Bowl, corn ribs, Longaniza Pork Sausage Nachos, and Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Grillo’s Pickle Chips at King’s Hawaiian Grill.

The food served during match play is good enough to draw the envy of Chef Gordon Ramsey.

LAFC has committed to the fan experience by implementing Safe Standing with Rail Seating. The Supporters’ Section is the only safe-standing section on the West Coast and features the first safe-standing rail seats in North America. The team provides an opportunity for supporters to stand shoulder to shoulder, creating an electric and unified stadium atmosphere on matchdays.

Just imagine arriving early before a match and reeving things up with Hot Cheetos Beef Burrito, Al Pastor Chicken Nachos, Korean Loaded Baked Potato, Firecracker Shrimp Bowl, and a Cajun Style Street Corn Ribs. A favorite is the Tex Mex BBQ Platter.

The Stadium’s executive chef Hugo Miranda has assembled a lineup of concessions that reflects LA’s culinary diversity, with tteokbokki, Peruvian chicken, conchas, tortas, and more available throughout BMO Stadium.After serving up dishes for the Los Angeles Angels for the past couple of seasons, Chef Miranda is excited to bring his food expertise to LAFC and BMO Stadium.

“I think that everything that we did…I think I pushed my team to the limit,” Miranda said. “I think that we’re very passionate about what we’re doing of what we’re showcasing on the plate. I don’t have a favorite. I think that every dish that we did is unique and different, but I’m passionate about everything that I’ve done.”

Other new Items this year includeCaulipower’s Roasted Butternut Squash 10” Pizza, Punk Bunny Churros, Northgate Chicharones and Duros, and Kings Hawaiian’s Loco Moco Burger and Maui Wowie Fried Chicken Sandwich.

So get up come to the Stadium early and munch away wash it all down with a cold beer, white wine, or a Pepsi.
