”Hunting season: all of us and the things we’re going after,” Founder of HighRisk Tommy Duncan said. “I’m an entrepreneur. I’ve started many companies. I’ve had extreme successes. I’ve had a bunch of failures too. I’ve had companies sold for over a hundred million dollars multiple times. So I know how to make money, that’s what I do. So I’m a hunter. Everyone is a hunter in their own way.“

HighRisk went live in July last year and sold out on its first day, according to Duncan.

“ So the first day, Chris Brown’s stylist came in, bought out our entire collection,” Duncan said. “And then, Chris Brown wore it at the Breezy Bowl, almost three or four outfit changes every concert.”

Despite its relatively fresh start, the clothing brand has been seen worn on rappers and producers like Chief Keef and Hit-Boy and NBA Pacers players.

The clothing line features hoodies with distressed necklines as well as on the arms that allow wearers to show off their chains or watches with subtlety.

“ It’s not about what you look like on the outside, it’s about who you’re on the inside,” Duncan said. “Men, women, doesn’t matter. It’s about who you are in their heart, and that’s what HighRisk represents. So we created this brand where it’s low logo, so you really can’t tell unless you know. So that it’s not about you showing your designs, it’s about you being part of the HighRisk community. So you feel good about ’em when you put it on.

Making an appearance on the red carpet were stars of popular Disney show “That’s So Raven” like Raven-Symoné and Kyle Massey.

Massey sported a red HighRisk hoodie along with a matching beanie showing off his “SKYLRK” chain.

“ High risk is all about low key, subtleties,” Massey said. “The brand to me stands for that new level in fashion.  It’s like that next layer of what fashion can be. Kind of like breaking the rules and blurring the lines between what’s acceptable and what’s new and what’s edgy.”

De’Anthony Melton, NBA guard for the Golden State Warriors, also sported the brand while walking down the red carpet. He wore a green HighRisk hoodie and matching pants.

“ I enjoy the, the comfortability of it,” Melton said, adding that it has become a regular among his daily clothing.

Live drums sounded as models came out prowling in the latest HighRisk launch.

Lions, cheetahs and other feline predators were projected onto the background capturing the theme of the runway. Red clothing was present in nearly every outfit.

“ Red is for the bread,” he said. “ Very few people have red on, but those that do, they take on a bold personality. They’re saying, I don’t mind being seen. Matter of fact, I want you to see me. They have the heart.”

Jeremy Meeks, a model during the runway, came out donning face paint and fur coat, as he described the event as “intense” and “high energy.”
