Hawthorne, CA- It’s that time of the year again! Days are longer, and the weather is cooler. Don’t try to explain this to Mother Nature. No one could ever imagine ushering in spring with sizzling weather.
The North Hawthorne Community Association presented its 9th Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 21, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. This egg-gaging event was held at Eucalyptus Park, 12100 S. Inglewood Ave., Hawthorne, CA.
The weather Gods look down favorably upon the event. Attendees enjoyed a fun-filled day in the park, basking in blue skies on a beautiful, sunny day with cool breezes.

Several hundred kids and their parents took advantage of the various activities. There were interactive games and creative crafts led by Elizabeth, Emily, and Tehila. The Photo Booth provided keepsake, memorable photos, and guests enjoyed selfies with the Easter Bunny.

Several lucky guests walked away with raffle prizes: Easter baskets filled with lots of goodies.
Excitement was in the air as kids gathered colorful Easter eggs from the grassy area of the park. A great time was had by all in attendance during this annual spring event. This Eggstravaganza continues to grow in popularity.
