Rams Set Roster for 2023 Season

As the NFL season is about to open up for 2023 

The Los Angeles Rams have finalized their 53-man Roster. 

A key element is that rookie QB Stetson Bennett will be back up to Mathew Stafford. The rookie 4th round pick from Georgia had a moderate pre-season. The 25-year-old finished having gone 36-of-62 for 347 yards, two touchdowns and three interceptions in the three games.  

The team kept all 14 draft picks.  

The starting defensive backs are led by the trio of Cobie Durant, Derion Kendrick and Ahkello Witherspoon plus an also Tre Tomlison and Shuan Jolly as a fifth corner.  

The team traded its 2024 fourth-round draft pick and its 2025 fifth-round draft pick to the Pittsburgh Steelers in exchange for offensive lineman Kevin Dotson, the Steelers’ 2024 fifth-round draft pick, and the Steelers’ 2025 sixth-round draft pick.

Overall, the 6-foot-4, 321-pound offensive lineman started in 30 of 39 career games played over the last three seasons with the Steelers. 

They will have a rookie long snapper Alex Ward.

The Rams open the season at Seattle on September 10.
