As a gesture of community support, the Los Angeles Rams and NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year Jared Verse came together to surprise several season ticket members who lost their homes in January’s devastating wildfires. Recognizing their resilience and loyalty, the Rams orchestrated emotional surprise visits to uplift spirits and replace lost merchandise during this challenging time.
The surprise unfolded as Jared Verse along with Rams mascot Rampage and Rams staff members, arrived at the season ticket members’ temporary housing with custom Rams care packages containing Rams merchandise and heartfelt messages of support. From signed jerseys and footballs to limited-edition memorabilia, the gifts symbolized the team’s unwavering bond with its fanbase.

After hearing about the season ticket members losing their homes and their Rams memorabilia, the initiative aimed to provide not only tangible support but also served as a reminder of the strength and unity that defines the Rams community.
The Rams have been committed to supporting the wildfire recovery efforts throughout Los Angeles by hosting events including two major distributions for evacuated families, football clinics for affected youth, delivering meals to fire stations and base camps, backpack donations, and merchandise deliveries featuring current Rams players and coaches, Rams Cheerleaders and mascot Rampage. Legends such as Aaron Donald and Todd Gurley have visited base camps and distributed essential items while quarterback Matthew Stafford and his wife Kelly Stafford gifted Pasadena High School and Pasadena Panthers Youth Football programs with new uniforms and football equipment. To date, the Rams have donated nearly $2 million in total to fire relief efforts.
