“I’m proud of this group and the way they’ve battled back,” said QB Matthew Stafford. “A lot of people doubting us, a lot of people writing us off at 1-4. And being able to sit here with our record is what it is right now, I feel proud of this group.”

The win was the RAMS (10-6) fifth win in a row and its ninth of 11 games.   the teams met earlier this year the RAMS sacked Kyler Murray once. This time Branden Fisk sacked him twice- Byron Young and Kobie Turner had one sack a piece. They all were chasing him throughout the game.

Kamren Kitchens got his fourth interception that kept the Cards from the end zone around the four-minute mark.

Puka Nacua had ten catches for 129 yards. So far this season he has 79 catches for 990 yards. He’s trying to match his rookie record of 109 catches for 1,486 yards.

Michael Hoecht blocked a PAT that made a difference in the game. It allowed the RAMS to keep a four point lead in stead of three.

“We saw an opening on film said Hoecht, “ and right be for the kick I saw it and was able to blocked it”

Kyren Williams rushed for 56 yards on15 carries as the team tallied 257 yards of offense.

It  marked the third straight game that Matthew Stafford and Co. failed to score 20 points. As a matter of fact, the Rams have totaled just three touchdowns over the past three weeks.

Cardinals (7-9) QB Murray went 33 of 48 for 321 yards and two critical interceptions and was sacked 4 times.

The RAMS will finish the season home this Sunday vs Seattle.

AROUND the League:

Saquan Barkley rushed for 167 yards  to top 2000 yards this season backup quarterback Kenny Pickett ran and threw for scores before departing with injured ribs, and the Eagles clinched the division title by routing the Dallas Cowboys 41-7. Barkley has 2,005 yards and needs 101 in next Sunday’s mostly meaningless regular-season finale to top Dickerson and his 2,105 yards for the Los Angeles Rams in 1984.
