This years WCWS will feature several players from California

DUKE (52-7)- will make the program’s first appearance at the WCWS. They have Gisele Tapia from Gahr High is batting 290 with 49 hits.

Linh Le freshman from Milpitas high…Oklahoma three time defending National champs has Kinzie Hansen a senior catcher from —Norco High along with Tiare Jennings, INF, Sr. St Anthonys long Beach will try to help the Oklahoma win 4th straight National title she was a high school teammate of UCLA’s Thessa Maluau’ulu… Stanford has two-way player in Kyle Chung from   Westlake. She pitches and had career-high three hits including a home run in a win at Fresno State (April 26).
